Meet Jeremy
Well… We’re going to guess you probably have already met Jeremy; however, here is a great opportunity to get to know more about our Support / Onboarding / Implementation / Etc. Manager. If you’ve submitted a support ticket, you’ve probably seen a reply from Jeremy at one point in time, attended a MagHub University? You have definitely swapped war stories over dinner, read a Pendo guide or watched a webinar, Jeremy has probably worked on them. Yes, Jeremy has his hands in quite a few things at Aysling, which is why it took him so long to complete this interview.

Jeremy Lewis
What is your job title at Aysling?
Client Engagement Manager
So what does that mean you actually do?
I’m not really sure. I’m in charge of implementations for myself, and manage the other staff that do implementations and support. I travel onsite to customers, and help with the more difficult support questions. I teach the MagHub Universities as well.
How long have you worked at Aysling?
Almost five years.
What is your favorite thing about working at Aysling?
I really like the people I work with, we’re a tight knit group who works really hard. I also enjoy the “challenge” of solving a problem with our software. I enjoy our customer’s success as they continue to use MagHub.
What is/was your favorite magazine publication?
That’s a good question, does Twitter count?
If you had to publish your own magazine, what would it be about?
I would say an Ice Hockey Official Magazine could be pretty interesting.
What is the one piece of software you cannot live without?
My calendar, I’d be so lost.
What is your favorite season?
Winter
If you could live in any movie/television show, which one would it be? And why?
Happy Gilmore or The Office, I would love to join in on the Dwight pranks or play some puck with Happy.

Interesting fact about yourself?
Out of high school I went to school for auto mechanics, and I ended up with a degree in sports management. I was a Division I NCAA, an Official at one point as well.

“Fall seven times, get up eight.” and “You can trouble me for a warm glass of shut the ‘heck’ up.”
