Print Offsets
Print ads can now be configured to have an offset material due date, similar to digital items. For print ads, the material due date is always the issue’s ‘Material (Artwork Approval) Due’ date. This is the date the offset is based on.
Offsets on print items are set on specific print ad sizes. If an ad size doesn’t have anything specified for its offset days, no offset will be used on line items that use that size. To set an offset for a specific ad size, navigate to Settings > Products > Rate Card & Ad Setup. Go to the Sizes tab, and either add a new print size or edit a current size. In the size popup, you can enter the Offset Days. Once this is configured, the offset days will be reflected in the contract, the client center, and the artwork reminder emails.
Improvements
Astro Updates
A handful of updates were made to make our Astro AI features more easily accessible this release.
Even if you do not have the Astro module enabled, from this menu you can access our Astro Live Chat feature. This chat is great for questions such as 'How do I create an installment invoice' or 'What permissions to I need to create a company'. For more complex questions, you may need to reach out through our normal Live Chat feature.
With the Astro module enabled, you can access more features from this menu, including Astro Analytics, Astro Autodrafts, and Astro Questions.
Astro Analytics is a simplified version of the Astro Playground that is found under the Settings menu, where you can enter prompts about Company, Invoice, and Sales analytics, and save those prompts for future reference. User permissions are also now enforced here, meaning you will not have access to data you would not have access to elsewhere in the site.
Astro Autodrafts brings you to the Autodrafts page within the system, which can also be found under the Marketing menu.
And finally, the Astro Questions link brings you to the Astro Questions report, which can also be found under the Reporting section of Ad Orbit.
There is also a new 'Astro Questions' option under the Saved Searches section of the top hand menu, so your report can be easily accessed from anywhere in the site.
Additional Improvements
A Contact Role filter has been added to the Contact Search page, making it possible to find contacts based on their role at their company, such as Billing Contact or Print Artwork Contact.
Company dynamic attributes have been added as a search filter and display fields on the Recorded Payments search page.
The Aysling Payments gateway now supports Level 2/3 ESD processing.
HubSpot Contact List names now display on contact overview page, when applicable.
Latitude and Longitude data has been added to Company and Contact overview pages, when the company or contact has a full, valid address.
Email will no longer be a required field when making an anonymous payment using the External Hosted Checkout Form.
The Consolidated Sales and Consolidated Snapshot report queries were updated to improve loading times.
If no barter types are selected on a company, the default is now to allow any barter type to be used for that company. If specific barter types are selected on a company, then only those barter types can be used when creating a trade deposit for that company.
Two new payment methods were added to the system this release: External ACH and External Credit Card.
When creating a group invoice, there is a new optional Invoice Due Date field. If left blank, the invoices created will use their company's default payment terms to calculate the due date. If set, then the invoices created will use the due date set in the popup as their Invoice Due Date.
Order PDFs within Ad Orbit can now only be viewed if you have the 'View All Orders' permission, an order approval permission, or are the rep on the order. Within the Client Center, the anonymous approval link will no longer display the PDF after the order has been fully approved.
Emojis are now supported in the message of the day.
The Export History 'Export Contents' search field has been updated to more accurately find results.
Pipeline and Confidence Level endpoints have been added to the API.
By default, payment methods can attempt to process five times before they are automatically disabled and users are notified internally. If you wish to change how many times payment methods can fail, please reach out to our support team, as we are now able to internally change this number.
The Company Financial report has a new 'Unbilled Recognition' search filter. The default behavior for the report, As Delivered, is to only capture unbilled revenue if the item is marked as delivered. However if you wish to capture unbilled revenue that was expected to be delivered, but not yet marked as such, then choose As Expected. Also please note that this will only apply to non-installment line item revenue.
The comment field is now required when deleting forecasts or opportunities if lost sales reasons are required.
Fixes
On the Forecast Detail and Forecast Summary Reports, event forecast items without products specified now show up properly under the event's product category.
Database driven dynamic attributes are now staying selected when editing contact or company dynamic attributes.
Payments made against deleted invoices are now excluded on the Cash Receipts Journal report when the 'Hide All $0/Void/Deleted Invoice Payments' checkbox is selected.
Ticket attributes that use assets are now saving properly when editing tickets.
Advertised Publications are now updating in HubSpot when the fields are mapped, and there are new orders sold in Ad Orbit with new publications.
When FX processing is enabled for foreign currency, the currency exchange rates in the Client Center are now calculated based on the order sold date, or invoice date, rather than the current day.
Payment confirmation emails are now being sent, when enabled, if the customer uses the External Hosted Checkout Form.
A bug where rep splits were showing up multiple times on the Consolidated Snapshot and Consolidated Sales Reports has been fixed.
When payments are made against installment or master invoices, they will always be re-flagged for export.
The Thank You for Ordering Email is now being sent when an order is approved within the Client Center, and the Auto-Finance Company Orders configuration is turned on.
A bug preventing delivery dates from being removed on ad forecast items has been resolved.
The Client Center proposal view has had a few display fixes for viewing on a mobile device. The PDF for the proposal is also now visible by clicking a link, rather than being displayed on the main view proposal page.
When exporting credit memos to Xero, if there is a publication set on the credit memo, the publication and brand are now brought into Xero if tracking categories are mapped. The reference field in Xero is also now showing the invoice the credit memo was applied to, rather than the credit memo number.
Internal comments on support tickets are now properly sending notification emails.
A bug causing surcharge payments to duplicate when exporting to QBO has been fixed.
An issue where manually running a contact search and running a saved search of the same criteria were not creating the same contact lists has been resolved.
The Contacts with Subscriptions filter on the Contact Search page has been fixed to provide accurate results when searching by the 'Yes (Active Only)' option.
