Operation Emails
Include Rep on Artwork Upload/Assignment Emails
When artwork is uploaded or assigned through the Client Center, the user assigned to the ticket will receive an email notification. This configuration determines if you want the primary rep for the company to be CC’d on this email notification or not.
Digital Artwork From Email
The email set in this configuration will be used as the ‘from’ email address for automated artwork reminders for digital ad, and digital media items. It will also be used as the ‘from’ email address when artwork is uploaded or assigned through the Client Center for digital ad, and digital media items.

Send Confirmation Email for Client Center Uploads

Send External Ticket Notification with Final Asset
If set to No, and you have ‘Notify Email Addresses’ entered on products or publications, the email notification will be sent when the ticket is initially created. If set to Yes, and you have ‘Notify Email Addresses’ entered on products or publications, the email notification will not be sent until there is an asset marked as final on the ticket, and the email will include the final asset as an attachment. For digital media tickets, final assets are those marked as ‘ready to deliver’.
Anonymous Artwork Upload Token Expiration Days
By default, when anonymous artwork upload links are generated, they remain active for 14 days, after which time they expire and will need to be renewed to be used by contacts. If you wish to change the length these links remain active, you can do so by entering a different value in this system configuration.
Fallback Artwork From Email
Used as the ‘from’ email address for notifications when assets are uploaded to the Artwork Gallery in the Client Center, or in other situations if the system cannot determine if the artwork is print or digital.
Proof Email System Address
Only applicable if your Sender for Proof Emails system configuration is set to ‘System Address’, this is the email address that will be used as the ‘from’ email for proof requests.
Send Proof Request Reminder Email
If this configuration is set to Yes, then a reminder email will be sent to your contacts after a proof request is generated on a ticket. It works in combination with the Proof Request Reminder Frequency configuration. The value set in the Proof Request Reminder Frequency configuration is the interval at which the reminder email will be sent. For example, if set to 4, then a reminder email will be sent to the contact every four days asking them to review the proof request.
These reminder emails will be sent up to three times, at the frequency specified. If the contact approves or declines the proof prior to the email being sent three times, the reminders will stop being sent.
