Improvements

Ability for Contacts to Delete Artwork

Previously, there was no way for a contact to delete artwork they had uploaded to the Client Center, which could cause issues if they uploaded the wrong file by accident.

  • There is a new Client Center permission to allow this, called 'Delete Unassigned Artwork'. When a contact has this permission, they can delete artwork from the print and digital media artwork galleries in the Client Center, as long as the asset is not final, and was not uploaded by an Ad Orbit user.

Push Ad Orbit Activities to HubSpot

Activities created in Ad Orbit can now be pushed to HubSpot.

  • On the HubSpot Setup page, pick your Activity Categories that you want to sync under the new 'Sync Ad Orbit Activities to HubSpot' section.

  • Any activities created in Ad Orbit for contacts that are connected between Ad Orbit and HubSpot that use the connected activity categories will automatically push to HubSpot.

  • Ad Orbit calls, notes, and emails will be pushed to HubSpot as calls, notes, and emails respectively. Ad Orbit appointments will be created as HubSpot meetings, and Ad Orbit to-dos will be created as HubSpot tasks.

Offers Improvements

Multiple improvements were made to the Offers functionality this release.

  • When emailing an offer, you can now make changes to the email content as needed.

  • A new 'Offers Only' filter has been added to the Order Search, the Invoice Search, the Consolidated Sales Report and the Consolidated Snapshot Report. When checked, the results will only display items that were sold via an offer.

  • A 'Require Pre-payment' option has been added when adding or editing an offer. If checked, to claim the offer, the contact must make the payment up-front. If left unchecked, then when claiming an offer, contacts can either choose to pay up-front, or request to be billed later on.

  • Order dynamic attributes have been updated for how they show on offers. Previously, to see an order dynamic attribute on an offer, you needed to check the 'Client Facing/Public' setting on the attribute. This release we made this more granular, so you need both the 'Client Facing/Public' setting checked, and the new 'Show on Offers' setting. If the 'Client Facing/Public Required' setting is checked as well as the 'Show on Offers' setting, then the attribute will need to be filled out before the contact can claim the offer.

  • In the Client Center, the button to claim an offer now says 'Claim Now' or 'Buy Now' rather than showing an ellipses icon, for clarity.

Package Updates

  • In this release we added the ability for Placement Notes to be shown when adding packages to orders. If the ‘Require Print Ad line item placement note’ or ‘Require Digital Ad line item placement note’ system configurations are turned on, then placement notes for print and/or digital ad items will be required when adding them to orders through packages.

  • Packages can now be set up to be invoiced as a group. To do so, when adding or editing a package on the Packages setup page, check the new 'Invoice Package Items Together' setting.

  • When set, when adding the package to an order, you must enter the Invoice Date. Then, the package must be invoiced on the Create Group Invoice page, rather than the normal invoice process.

Additional Improvements

  • When filtering by an Event on the Invoice Search page, special invoices will now be included in the results, when applicable.

  • The Node and NPM versions have been updated.

  • A PUT proposals endpoint has been added to the API.

  • In the ACH forms, we updated the display so that the routing number precedes the account number, to meet standard ACH formatting.

  • User Roles can now be cloned.

  • A notes field has been added to the user add/edit page.

  • Contacts can now be associated with files when uploading to a company.

  • Support and Admin users can now download imported files and files for pending imports.

  • When Client Approving an order within Ad Orbit and using the 'PDF Upload' option, there's a new checkbox to determine if the uploaded file should replace the existing contract PDF. If unchecked, the uploaded file will be added as an attached order file.

  • A Totals table has been added to the Publication Goal Metrics by Month report.

  • The Aging and Aging Detail reports are now taking into account when an invoice was deleted to determine if the invoice should display in the results or not.

  • When utilizing the GeoCodeMap API, there are new Geolocation Address and Geolocation Distance search fields on Company Search page. These fields allow you to find results based on the distance from a certain location.

  • Payment memo has been added to the Great Plains GL Summary export file.

  • A new Item Recognition search field has been added to the Annual Sales by Month report and the Scheduled Revenue Report, allowing users to filter by either Start/Billing/Issue Dates, or by Expected Delivery Dates.

  • A Revenue Association search field has been added to the Company Financial Overview report. The default behavior for the report, Order Company, associates all revenue with the company that placed the order. However if you wish to associate revenue with the company being billed, then choose the Bill-To Company option.

  • Text wrapping has been added to the Project Template setup page.

  • The Products tab of orders now sort the line items in a set order, rather than the order they were added to the order in.

  • When adding print ads to orders, if selecting issues by date range, the frequency is now selecting the largest available frequency.

  • Print and digital ad items are now included in the Sales by Category graph on the Consolidated Sales Report.

  • A new user permission has been added to 'Edit Company Name and Type'. Users with the 'Edit Company Details' permission will automatically be granted this new permission. Without the permission, when editing a company record, the Name and Company Type fields will be view only.

  • There is a new checkbox on Contact Types to 'Create Subscriber Record'. When checked, new contacts created using this type will automatically have subscriber information populated.

Fixes

  • Inventory checks are now working properly on Zone issues.

  • Order prepayments are now correctly applying to Reserved Products.

  • When attempting to add a credit card for a brand that is not supported, there is now a clear error message.

  • Invoice and payment emails have been updated for multiple currencies. If the ‘Define Foreign Currency Processing’ system configuration is set to 'Enable FX processing and show relevant currency' option, the billing emails will always show the site's base currency. If set to 'No FX processing and show relevant currency', these emails will show the company's currency.

  • The Expiring Ad Contracts report no longer includes proposal items.

  • The ‘New Account Range’ is now properly reverting companies to new based on the delivery dates on their orders, and the months set in the configuration.

  • Payments to customer cash accounts are now included in the Credit Card and ACH Transaction Summary emails.

  • The correct year is now being selected when opening the Consolidated Sales report from the Annual Client Spend report.

  • Totals are now showing for the Total Discount and Named Discount columns on the Ad Items element on Contract Templates.

  • Services can now be seen on the Consolidated Production report without digital media enabled.

  • Agency email addresses are now recognized when making an anonymous payment.

  • A bug causing commissions to be paid on credit card surcharges has been fixed.

  • Agency discounts are now applying properly to items added to orders from packages.

  • Making payments using PayPal has been fixed in the Client Center.

  • A warning has been fixed on the Forecast Summary report and the Ad Items element on Invoice Templates.

  • On invoice PDFs and when paying invoices in the Client Center, if the order company and billing company's currencies differ, we will now default to using the order company's currency.

  • An error in the CSV export of the Forecast Detail Report has been fixed.

  • Similarity index checks are now working properly when special characters are included.

  • Prepaid invoices are now generating Level 2/3 Processing Data for Aysling Payments.

  • The dynamic attribute dropdown will now close when adding a contact and similarity checks are being enforced.

  • A warning has been resolved when using the Wind River payment gateway.

  • An error when pushing dynamic attributes to HubSpot has been fixed.

  • A page title has been added to the Pre-Paid Line Items page.

  • A border has been added to the Description section for products on the ecommerce storefront.

  • A display issue has been fixed for the GAM warning icon.

  • Agency net and gross based discounts are now displaying properly on contracts.

  • An error when registering through the ecommerce storefront has been fixed.

  • Opportunities without forecasts can now be deleted when lost sales reasons are required.

  • Duplicate currency values were showing on orders and invoices when there was a specific system configuration combination. This has been resolved.

  • The Lost Sales 'view all users' permission is no longer affecting the Daily Order Sales report.

  • More than twenty HubSpot contact lists are now showing when pushing an Ad Orbit list to a HubSpot list.

  • Errors on the Public Dashboard have been fixed.

  • A scrolling issues on various reports and search pages has been fixed.

  • Publication is now showing properly for event forecast items on the Lost Sales report.
