Use Merge Tags on Text and HTML Elements in Proposals
Use Mail merge tags to make dynamic content for each proposal. You can add tags to text or HTML elements.
You can use the following tags:
Company Name, Company ID, Company Address, Agency Name, Agency ID, Agency Address, Parent Company Name, Parent Company ID, Parent Company Address, Primary Contact Name, Primary Contact Address, Primary Contact Phone Number, Primary Contact Email, Primary Contact Company Name, Billing Contact Name, Billing Contact Address, Billing Contact Phone Number, Billing Contact Email, Billing Contact Company Name, Artwork Contact Name, Artwork Contact Address, Artwork Contact Phone Number, Artwork Contact Email, Artwork Contact Company Name
Enter the tags by going to the text element, clicking on the ellipsis within the text editor.
Enter the tags on the HTML element by using the Insert Custom Tag drop-down below the editor.
