Tickets
Allows a user to access the tickets menu.
- View All Tickets
Allows a user to view all tickets even if the ticket is not assigned to them. This permission also grants users access to the Reminder Schedule search page.
- Tickets
Allows users to view ad, service, and editorial tickets.
- Edit All Ticket Status Notes
Gives a user the ability to edit any notes that other users have left when changing the status of a ticket.
- Change Status of Tickets
Gives a user the ability to change the status of a production ticket.
- Assign Tickets
Gives a user the ability to assign production tickets to a user.
- Undo Done Tickets
Gives a user the ability to reopen any tickets that have been marked as done.
- Provide Design > Brand Approval
Gives a user the ability to provide design and brand approval on services. Once approved, you can send a proof to the customer.
- Set Ticket as Votable
Make tickets have a vote option. A customer can vote on the ticket in the Client Center. Voting is only available on support tickets.
- Delete Files attached to Tickets
Gives a user the ability to delete any files that have been uploaded to tickets. This action cannot be undone.
- Ticket Metrics
Allows a user to filter and view metrics about all tickets.
- Use Filestack for File Uploads to Tickets
Allows a use to upload a file to a ticket using the Filestack integration. Filestack allows you to get files from other file sharing services, e.g, Dropbox and Google Drive. You must have a Filestack account and the API Key entered to use this permission.
- View Add/Term User Tickets
Allow a user to create tickets for a user.
- Create Ticket
Gives a user the ability to create service tickets.
- View Ticket Voting Results
Gives a user access to the Tickets > Voting Results page. Voting results are only applicable for support tickets.
- Ability to Edit/Delete All Ticket Comments
Gives a user the ability to edit or delete any comments that have been added in a discussion on tickets.
