Billing Collection Activity Report
The Billing Collection Activity Report shows you the collection activity per user based on a specific timeframe.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Collection Activity'.
You can find the billing report under Reports > All Reports > Finance - Billing Collection Activity Report.
Before running the report, use edit display fields to setup the fields in your report and how they display. You can choose what columns you want to show in the results.
Note
The Collector (user), and Payment Commitment columns will always show in the report.
The system will automatically fill in the Start Date and End Date search fields, but these can be changed as needed. You can also run the report to find Collection Activities for a specific company, and generate a PDF of your results.
The results of this report are shown in a table format. Each record shows the Collection Activities broken out by user (Collector). Depending on which display fields you have showing, you will be able to see data including the number of notes (activities) recorded as Collection Activities within the timeframe, the average notes per day, the total payment commitment amount within the timeframe, and the average payment commitment per day.
The number in the Payment Commitment column can be clicked on to open a popup and view specific details about each of the activities that were recorded as a collection attempt.
