Material Reminder Settings
The Material Reminder Settings page allows you to configure how your artwork and material reminders should be sent.
To configure your material reminder settings, go to Settings > Tickets > Material Reminders. To access this page, you need the 'Tickets' permission under the Administration section of the User Permissions.
The page is broken out into a few different sections.

Material Reminder Model
Determine which model should be used in sending automated artwork and material reminder emails. The options include None, Individual, and Weekly. The default behavior is Individual.
None: No automated reminders are sent. Manual reminders can still be sent as needed.
Individual: Reminders are sent for each ticket on the specified days before the material due date.
Weekly: A weekly summary of upcoming materials is sent each Monday morning, with all items that are coming due within the specified number of days included. The "Weekly Material Reminder" email template is used for automated reminders, and the "Grouped Artwork Reminder From User" template is used for all grouped reminders sent manually.
Print Ad Reminder settings
Send Automated Print Artwork Reminders: The system can automatically send print artwork reminder emails to your customers based on the status of their ad ticket and the material date. You can setup three email templates for your reminders: high, medium, and low priority. The email can include a link to the ticket so the customer can upload material through the portal. Set this setting to either yes or no, depending on if you want automated reminders sent for your print ad tickets or not.
Artwork Due Reminder Days if set to the Individual model, or Upcoming Print Material Days if set to the Weekly model.
Artwork Due Reminder Days: This setting determines how many days before an ad ticket’s material due date to send automated artwork reminders. You can have multiple dates. The system will send the high priority email on the date nearest the due date. The system will send the low priority template if you have more than three days in the field. For example, if you enter 45, 30, 15, 5, the system will send Low, Low, Medium, High.
Upcoming Print Material Days: This setting determines how many days to look forward when sending weekly reminders. Enter one number here. For example, if this value is set to 14, and an item's material due date is 10/1, then the item will be included in the weekly emails sent on 9/22 and 9/29.
Eligible Ad Statuses: Only applicable if Send Automated Print Artwork Reminders is set to yes, you can set a status to either send or not send automated artwork reminder emails. Ticket Statuses selected in this dropdown will be eligible to send automated artwork reminder emails. Statuses left unchecked will not send automated artwork reminder emails.
Note
This setting can also be managed on the Settings > Tickets > Status Definitions page. For more information about ticket statuses, click here.
Digital Ad Reminder settings
Send Automated Digital Ad Reminders: The system can automatically send digital artwork reminder emails to your customers based on the status of their ticket and the material date or offset date. You can setup three email templates for your reminders: high, medium, and low priority. The email can include a link to the ticket so the customer can upload material through the portal. Set this setting to either yes or no, depending on if you want automated reminders sent for your digital ad tickets or not.
Digital Artwork Due Reminder Days if set to the Individual model, or Upcoming Digital Material Days if set to the Weekly model.

Digital Material Offset Period Days: This setting allows you to determine how many days before the start date of a digital ad item to set the material date in client center and when the automated ad reminders will go out. For example, if you set the field to 5 and an ad has a run date of 1/15 -3/30, the material due date for the item will be 1/10. If this setting is left blank, there will be no system-wide digital offset applied.
Note
For digital media products, if there is a product-level offset period, this will override the value set here.
All Reminder settings
Include Client Center Upload Links in Reminder Emails: When checked, the artwork upload link will be included in individual artwork reminder emails, and you will have the option to add the artwork link to grouped artwork reminder emails. When unchecked, the artwork link will not be included in the artwork list tag in both individual and grouped artwork reminder emails.
If you have the 'View All Tickets' User Permission, then you can also link to the Reminder Schedule search page from here by clicking the 'Reminder Schedule' button in the upper right corner of the page. To learn more about the Reminder Schedule search page, click here.
