Premium Positions Report
The Premium Positions report is useful to help you and your team know what inventory controlled print positions and digital ad sizes are still available for sale and what are sold out.
To run the report, you must enter a date range and select a publication.
If you choose a print publication, you'll see an additional search field for print Premium Positions.
If you choose a digital publication, the additional search fields will be Frequency and Ad Size.
The additional search options differ depending on the publication type, since inventory is managed differently between print and digital publications.
If you have premium positions/sizes set up on your publications, and have inventory enabled with limits set, you will be able to see how many of each position/size remains for each issue.
Print:
In the report results, the number of available positions will show under each issue. If the position has unlimited inventory, the report will show the infinity symbol “∞”.
A position which has zero inventory left will show as "Sold". In this case, you can link to the Consolidated Snapshot to view details about the sold item.
A position will show 'No Inventory' when the issue has a 0 for that position.
Digital:
There will be an individual table for each frequency that first the search criteria, and within each table, you'll see inventory for ad size. The number of available sizes will show under each issue.
If there is unlimited inventory for a size, the report will show the infinity symbol “∞”.
A size that has no inventory left will show as "Sold". In this case, you can link to the Consolidated Snapshot report to view details about the sold item.
A size will show 'No Inventory' when the issue has a 0 set for that frequency and size.
