Sales Rep Attainment
The Sales Rep Attainment Report displays contract and invoiced sales values, as well as any commission attainments set up in your system, broken down by sales rep. The table also shows which reps have achieved which attainment thresholds.
To access the report, you must have the User Permission 'Commission Attainment Report'. To view data for all users, not just your own, you also need the sub-permission 'View All Users'.
Each attainment column shows the value of the attainment's threshold. Any sales reps whose Contract Sales value has surpassed that attainment’s threshold will have a check mark show up in the column, allowing you to easily see which reps have achieved the threshold.
By clicking on the value in the Contract Sales, Invoiced Sales, or Payments columns, you will see a pop-up that breaks down the sales by order.
The Contract Sales pop-up shows the order company, order ID, the sold date and sales amount.
The Invoiced pop-up displays the order company and order ID, as well as the sold and invoiced dates and the total amount invoiced.
Finally, the Payments pop-up shows the order company, order ID, sold date, payment date, and the total payment amount.
Note
Because Commission Attainments are set on a yearly basis, we recommend restricting the date range to fall within a calendar year, so that the correct attainment thresholds display.
