Flash Sales
The report shows the sales numbers based on issue dates and services dates by week and month. The numbers are based on when items are delivered and not when they were sold. The sales are broken up by your customers.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Flash Sales Report'.
To view data for all users, not just your own, you also need the sub-permission 'View All Users'.
To get results for this report, simply enter a Sales Date Range. You may choose to enter additional search information to narrow down the results, such as rep, probability, or product category. You may also choose how many columns of data are displayed, by changing the ‘Display View’ search field. There are options for Monthly, Weekly, and Daily. If Monthly is chosen, a single column will display for each month within the date range searched. If Weekly is chosen, you will see a column for each week within the date range, and likewise if Daily is chosen, there will be a column of sales data for each day. You may also choose to view the data by Gross, rather than Net.
The report breaks down the table by Company, and displays the primary rep, the sales for the month/week/day, and the total sales for the date range selected. The Company name is a quick link which will bring the user directly to the company’s page in the system. The sales numbers in this report are based on the Ad Issue dates, and Service Billing Dates, rather than the sold date of the item.
