Ecommerce Sales Report
The Ecommerce Sales Report provides information about cart order values and statuses. The report also gives you a way to view the cart order details page, to find more specific information about each order.
To access the report, you must have the User Permission 'Ecommerce Sales Report'.
You can narrow down the results of this report by sold date, order status, and promo code.
The report will show the data in a table format broken down by order number.
Each record will display basic information about the sale, including sold date, order status, net sales, and discounts.
The contact's name serves as a quick link which will bring you to the contact’s page in the system.
Each order number is also a quick link, which redirects you to the cart order details page, allowing you to quickly view more detailed information about that order.
