Subscription Period Close Detail
The Subscription Period Report will show you all payments made on subscription invoices in a time period.
To access the report, you must have the User Permission 'Subscription Period Close Detail'.
The report allows you to search by all publications or by a single publication. You can also narrow down the report results by period close date range and payment method, as well as a transaction ID if you are looking for a specific payment. There is also the option to include or exclude $0 and voided payments.
The report breaks down the results into tables based on publication and payment method. Within each publication’s section, you will see tables for each payment method used for that publication.
The rows in each table show information based on transaction ID. For each transaction, you will see the invoice number and the date and amount of the payment.
There will also be some basic information about the subscription, including who made the payment, and the publication the subscription was for.
