Recoded Project Hours Report
The Recoded Project Hours Report lets you view data about project hours that have been recoded from the Timesheet Report. The report includes information about the original project and task as well as where the hours were moved to, and any relevant notes.
To find the report, either navigate to Reports > All Reports – Project/HR or use the global search bar and click on the report name.
To access this report, you need the User Permission ‘Access Recoded Project Hours Report’.
You can use the search fields to narrow down your results by company, project, and date range of when the hours were recoded.
When the report is run, you’ll see the data displayed in a table format, that includes information about the original project and task the hours were recorded to, as well as where they were moved to. You’ll also see any recode notes if applicable, and the dates that the changes were made.
Note
Project hours are not actually recoded from this report. The Recoded Project Hours report simply shows the data about hours that have been recoded. To actually recode project hours, go to the Timesheet Report. For more information, click here.
Actions
Save this Report
To easily refer back to the report – with the exact search criteria that is currently entered – click ‘Save this Report’. A pop-up will display where you can name the report. To find this report once saved, navigate to Reports > Saved Reports. From there, you can easily open the report or share it with others depending on your permissions. This action is particularly handy for reports that have a lot of search criteria.
Export Results
Exporting your report results generates a CSV sheet of the data.
