Astro Chat, Live Chat, and Support Tickets
If you ever need assistance with something Ad Orbit related, there are multiple options available to you.
Astro Chat
Astro Chat is an excellent option if you have a simple question such as 'how do I create a company?'. Astro Chat is an AI powered chat-bot that gets all of its information from our help center documentation, so it can easily answer questions like the one above, very quickly. To access Astro Chat, either go to Astro AI > Astro Chat, or click on the question mark icon in the top menu, and click on the Astro Chat action.
Live Chat
We have real live people from our team available to have a Live Chat session with you if needed. Similar to the Astro Chat option, you can get answers in real time. The Live Chat option can be better than Astro Chat for more complex questions, or if you have a question about a very specific scenario. Live Chat is available 9am - 5pm EST. To access Live Chat, go to the question mark icon in the top menu, and click on the Live Chat action.
Support Tickets
Support Tickets can also be entered for questions or problems. Support Tickets may also be entered by our team from Live Chat sessions if there is a question that we cannot answer immediately. You can communicate with our team on your tickets either by responding through email, or by logging into your Support Portal (Client Center) account. To submit a Support Ticket, go to the question mark icon in the top menu, and click on the Submit a Support Ticket action.
