Agency Discount Report
This report shows discounts applied to a specific line item when associated with an agency. Use this report to make sure discounts are utilized properly through your sales process. To use this report, navigate to Reports > All Reports – Finance, or use the global search bar. If this is a report that you plan to use frequently, mark it as a favorite and add it to your Quick Links.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Agency Discount Report'.
This report is only applicable if your system configuration Allow Agency Discounting is set to Yes. Without this configuration, you will not have any agency discounts to view in the results of this report.
This report will generate an interactive table showing the company, agency, order, probability, status, publication and amount, as it pertains to the discounts given to an agency. You can click on the company, agency, or order number for more information.
If you run the report grouping the results by agency or order, not all of the columns will show data. For instance, if grouped by order, you will not see any information in the Status and Publication columns, since there could be different statuses and publications in the same order.
