Period AR & Sales Detail
If you need to view your accounts receivable by month, this report is the one you can use. View cash booked and cash deferred, based on your sales. To use this report, navigate to Reports > All Reports – Finance, or use the global search bar. If this is a report that you plan to use frequently, mark it as a favorite and add it to your Quick Links.
To access the report, you need the User Permission ‘Period A/R & Sales Detail'.
Using the default settings, you can search by all Publishers, or you can select a Publisher, date range, Publication and GL Class.
The returned results will appear in the table, sorted by description, the GL Class, invoice, transaction date, then you’ll see the pertinent adjustments and cash detail.
