Reports
This permission gives a user access to the Reports tab. This tab is where a user would find all of the reports that they can run with their Maghub software. This section is broken up by individual reports so a user can manage what reports they want their employees to see. Some of these reports also have restrictions, depending on if you want a user to be able to see information for everyone in the system or just themselves.
Allows a user to share their saved searches and reports with other users in the system.
Allows a user to share one of their dashboards from the dashboard page with other system users. The user can share any dashboard with another user, but the recipient may not have the same access to the widgets on the dashboard. The recipient can edit or delete any shared dashboard.
Allows a user to export any of the reports that they have run inside of the system to an excel file. Without this permission, a user will still be able to generate a pdf of a report and download it.
Gives a user access to the system's Sales Reports. A user must have this permission to allow a user to see any of the reports. Each report also has it's own permission.
- View All Users
This permission allows the user to view data for all other users. Otherwise, the user will only see their data and/or data for user who report to him or her.
- Receive Sales Activity Report Email
With this permission, users will receive a daily email noting the activities performed by themselves, or any users that report to them, such as approved orders or appointments scheduled.
Gives a user access to the system's Commission Reports. A user must have this permission to allow a user to see any of the reports. Each report also has it's own permission.
- View All Users
This permission allows the user to view data for all other users. Otherwise, the user will only see their data and/or data for user who report to him or her.
Gives a user access to the system's Production Reports. Each report also has its own permission.
- View All Users
This permission allows the user to view data for all other users. Otherwise, the user will only see their data and/or data for user who report to him or her.
Gives a user access to the system's Distribution/Subscription Reports. Each report also has its own permission.
Gives a user access to the system's Finance Reports. Each report also has its own permission.
- View All Users
This permission allows the user to view data for all other users. Otherwise, the user will only see their data and/or data for user who report to him or her.
Gives a user access to the system's Ecommerce Reports. Each of the reports also have its own permission.
Gives a user access to the system’s HR and Project reports. Each report also has its own permissions.
- Access Projects Report
Gives a user the ability to view the Projects Report, the Project Hours Report, and the Project Status Report. These reports will show the projects, assigned managers and hours used versus hours remaining on a project, and projects based on project statuses.
- Access Projects Billing Report
Gives a user the ability to view the Projects Billing Report and the Project Expense Report. The Project Billing Report allows you to bill time and materials projects, and the Project Expense Report allows you to track expenses based on project and project status.
Gives a user access to the system’s Analytics reports. Each analytics report also has its own permissions. Analytics reports are only available for instances that have full or partial DataWarehouse access.
