PO Line Item Report
The PO line item report will help you find a specific line item from a purchase order. Use the available filters to display the exact details that you need. To use this report, navigate to Reports > All Reports – Finance, or use the global search bar. If this is a report that you plan to use frequently, mark it as a favorite and add it to your Quick Links.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'PO Line Item Report'.
This report has various filters from which to choose to populate your report: Vendor, Class, Items, Account, Group, Item Type, Status, as well as Project.
This report returns an interactive table from which you can drill down into the Vendor or PO Number, to see further details. The table includes the items you can filter along with the QTY, Amount and Total.
Item Name: The name comes from the item set up page or the name entered for any custom item.
Item Type: Whether the item is purchased by unit or by time.
