This report can be used to track refunds, voids, credit memos, bad debt, etc. through your selected search options, by company, rep, date, publisher or amount. There are various uses to this report: rep accountability, back up documentation for reporting, reconciling the books, and budgeting purposes. Your report can be set up just the way you want to view it.

You can use this report to review any discounts reflected on an order for an agency, specific to a line item. Use this report to make sure discounts are utilized properly through your sales process.

Collecting outstanding cash is extremely important to those in accounting. View your various aging invoices by Publisher, Company, Rep, etc. Review outstanding collections. Set up your reporting to get just the information you want by using the various options.
