Phone Number Fields
There are three default, un-editable phone number fields within Ad Orbit: Primary Phone, Office Phone, and Alternate Phone. These three phone number fields will always show up when adding or editing contacts, and can be set as needed.
If those three types are not sufficient and you need additional phone number fields for your contacts, go to the Settings > Contacts > Phone Number Fields page. To access this page, you need the User Permission 'Contact Setup'.
Here, you can click +Add Phone Number Field in the upper right corner to create a new phone number field.
The edit icon can also be clicked on in the table for any existing phone number fields, which allows you to change the field name.
Any additional phone number fields you've created here will be visible on your contact edit pages, in addition to the three default fields.
