Call Campaigns
The Call Campaign Report requires you set up a Sales Campaign and Call Lists. You can use this report to see the number of calls placed by campaign and drill down to see activity by list and even by contact. Use this report to know how many calls your reps are making.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Call Campaign Reports'.
There are no search fields required to run this report, you can simply click ‘Get Report’. If you do want to narrow down your results, then you can choose a specific Call Campaign to search for. By default, results for all call campaigns will show up.
The Call Campaign, Call Campaign List, and Call Campaign Activity Reports all work together to give you a good picture of how your call campaigns are progressing and how effective they are.
In the report table, you will find basic data about each call campaign searched for, such as campaign name, how many contacts are in the list, and how many calls were marked as completed or attempted. Each campaign name is also a quick link, which brings you to the Call Campaign List Report.
Call Campaign List Report
Once redirected to this report, you will see the additional search field ‘List’. Depending on which Campaign you choose, you will be able to view results for all lists associated with the campaign, or a specific list. This report simply breaks down the data that was available in the Call Campaign Report by call list. In this report’s table, the list name rather than the campaign name is a quick link, which when clicked on brings you to the Call Campaign Activity Report.
Call Campaign Activity Report
This report is the most detailed of all the Call Campaign reports, as it shows information about specific contacts in the campaign. Like the Call Campaign List report, you are able to search by campaign and list names, but for this report you are required to choose a specific campaign, you cannot search for all call campaigns. The Call Campaign Activity Report shows slightly less data about the campaign itself, but includes the contact's name and their lead status. The contact’s name is a quick link which brings you to their contact page in the system.
