Digital Media Snapshot Report
The report shows all digital media items in a period of time, including Impression, Targeted Display, Slot, and Reserved items. You can use this report to track the sales value and the status of the line items for production.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Snapshot & Consolidated Reports'.
To see all users data, not just your own, you also need the sub-permission 'View All Users'.
The Digital Media Snapshot report is a good place to see both sales and production data about your digital media items. It can show results as general or specific as you need, depending on how you leverage the search criteria. There are over a dozen options to narrow down your search results, including fields such as Publication, Product, Order Number, Position/Channel, and GL Class. You can also use any of your system’s ticket or order dynamic attributes as search criteria, as well as choosing to include or exclude deleted items from your results.
Depending on the display fields chosen, the report can display information about the item’s sale as well as its production status, from items such as Cash Due and Taxes, to Ticket Status and Ticket ID. The Order and Artwork Company fields, as well as the Order ID and Ticket ID’s are all quick links which will bring the user to corresponding locations in the site (e.g., ticket ID link will bring you to the ticket’s page).
On each item, depending on your user permissions, you'll also be able to perform actions such as editing the line item or opening the ticket page.
If pending items are included in the results, they will be highlighted in yellow.
