New
Brand Goals on the Forecast Summary Report
On the Forecast Summary Report, to account for the new Brand sales goal model, there is a new 'Brand' option under the Group By search filter. When grouping by Brand, each of the tables in the report will be for each Brand in your system, along with a Totals table at the bottom of the report.
Package Summary Report
A new report has been added to the system for summary data on package sales and performance. On the report, you can compare package performance from different years, as well as view average discounts and link to more details.
To access this report, you need the new User Permission 'Package Summary Report'.
You can use the search options on the report to narrow down your results by fields such as Package Name, Publisher, Issue, and Product Category.
The body of the report is in table format, with each package that meets the search criteria as a row, and each month of the year as a column.
Click the links for the booked or pending sales to link to the Consolidated Sales Report to view additional details about the sale items.
If you added a comparison year to the search criteria, there are additional columns of information, including a column for each year, as well as delta values.
Improvements
Media Types Update
A new system configuration Unified Line Item Entry Mechanism has been added for teams who want to use the Media Types method for adding line items to orders. By default, this configuration will be set to 'No', meaning teams will see the default view where there are Add buttons for each product type on the order. When set to 'Yes', there will only be one Add button to add line items to an order, which will open the Media Types workflow.
Automatically Push Contact Lists to HubSpot
Previously, Ad Orbit Contact Lists could be pushed to a HubSpot Segment manually. This release, we added the ability to enable automatic syncing. On an Ad Orbit Contact List, when pushing it to HubSpot, you can set the new 'Enable Automatic Sync to HubSpot' option. When set, the system will automatically sync contact additions and removals from Ad Orbit to HubSpot on a regular interval.
Project Improvements
Multiple additions were made to projects in this month's release.
On project tasks, there is a new 'Clone Task' action. When clicked on, you will be presented with a popup where you can choose what information from your original task should be cloned to the new task.
A second new action was added to project tasks for 'Status History'. If there is status history on the task, when this action is clicked on you will see a popup that lists the status changes on the task over time, as well as who performed the status change.
When viewing project tasks using the Kanban board view, the tiles in the board can now be clicked on to open up the task details. This is the same view that can be accessed from the project task Table view when you click on a record. The task details show information such as checklist items and task discussions.
Select Contacts when Sending Grouped Artwork Reminders
On the Consolidated Production Report, when sending Grouped E-Mail Artwork Notifications, and using the Weekly model for artwork reminders, you will now be directed to a new page where you can preview the emails, choose the email recipients, select from the available email templates, and determine your CC and BCC settings. The format for this new page is similar to the Send Invoice Emails page, where you can make sure all of your content is correct prior to sending the emails.
Additional Improvements
The Gmail Plugin has been updated to reflect Ad Orbit branding.
The InDesign Plug-in has been updated for CC2026.
Artwork contact information has been added to the Analytics Sales table in the DataWarehouse and Metabase. In addition, ticket group information has been added to the Ad Tickets Fact, Service Tickets Fact, and Analytics Tickets tables.
Activity dynamic attributes are now included in the New Activity Assigned email.
A multi-select Brand search filter has been added to the Sales Rep Assignments, Sales Rep Goal Metrics, Sales Rep Goal Metrics - Gap to Close, and Lost Sales Reports.
Contact email addresses have been added as a display field on the Event Attendee Report.
In the Create To-Do action in contact automation workflows, you can now assign the To-Do to a specific user. The default is for the To-Do to be assigned to the contact owner.
When print ads, digital ads, digital media, and/or delivery solution products are not enabled, the associated email templates will be hidden on the Email Templates setup page.
A 'Reports To' column has been added as a display field on the User Setup search page.
Annual attainment commission kickers can now be assigned to specific users. If no users are specified, then every user is eligible to receive the kicker. If users are set, then only those users can receive the kicker even if other users achieve the threshold.
Digital Media Rate Cards can now be exported in bulk.
The Primary Contact title is now visible on the Company Overview page, as well as in the exports from the Company Search page.
In Drip Campaign automation workflows, there are new merge tags in the Send Internal Email and Send Slack/Microsoft Teams actions, which include contact first name, contact last name, company name, and the link to the contact overview page.
The formatting on the Ticket Status Definitions page has been updated for ease of use.
A GET tickets asset attribute values API endpoint has been added to the system.
The DataWarehouse and Metabase have been updated to reflect the Brand sales goal model. There are new Dim Brand Goal, Analytics Sales by Rep and Brand, and Dim Brand tables, and the Analytics Goals table was updated to account for the new model.
An optional Brand filter has been added to the Add Comp Subscription popup.
On User Groups and User Roles, only active users will be included in the users count. In addition, a new User Groups search filter and display field has been added to the User Setup search page.
An 'Update Tax Exempt' bulk action has been added to the Rate Card & Ad Setup page, as well as each of the digital media product search pages.
An Artwork Table merge tag has been added to the Grouped Artwork Reminders from User system email template.
On the Company Overview page, Brands are now alphabetized, and the list is truncated by default if there are more than five Brands on the company.
Location ID is now showing properly in the GL Summary Export for Intaact.
When there is at least one package included on an order, when adding or editing additional line items on the order, there is a new 'Package' field that can be set. In the field, you can choose from any of the packages that are currently on the order. This allows users to add more line items to the package.
When importing special invoices from MYS, the publication field will be automatically set if there is only one publication on the order.
An Item Net column has been added to the Installment Revenue popup on orders with installments.
On the Orders tab of a company, if a line item is edited, when the page refreshes the order line item details will now re-open.
A link to Ad Orbit's advocacy program has been added to the Ad Orbit site footer.
Fixes
The Aysling and Ad Orbit apps are now available in the Google Marketplace internationally.
When creating zone issues from parent issues, the inventory is now being set correctly.
Digital Ads that use the CPF frequency type are now displaying properly on the Scheduled Revenue Report.
On the Issue Comparison Report, deleted line items will no longer appear.
The Confirmed Sales value on the Sales Rep Assignments Report is now showing the correct value when there are multiple additional reps on a company.
On the Consolidated Sales and Consolidated Snapshot reports, ticket event line items are now showing dynamic attribute values.
On re-opened forecast items, dynamic attribute values are now visible.
An error message when paying late fee invoices with Aysling Payments has been fixed.
